The Literacy Council of Southwestern PA is currently in need of volunteer English as a Second Language Tutors for students looking to improve their English skills and Adult Basic Education Classroom Aides for students obtaining their GED. Requirements for ESL tutors consist of lesson planning and a minimum of 3 hours a week of instruction. Classroom Aides require a minimum of 3 hours per week, but no lesson planning.
