Blueprints has been serving Washington and Greene counties since its founding in 1965. Blueprints is a change agency that shapes futures by equipping and educating people to improve their lives. Independence is gained when we break barriers and build futures.
Powered by community action, we serve our neighbors from cradle to gray. We co-design solutions that encourage self-made stability. We believe that anyone can achieve a personal revolution with tools that power the mind, home, health, and wallet.
What We Do
Blueprints is a community based, multi-service organization serving southwestern Pennsylvania and parts of West Virginia. Blueprints serves as the catalyst to mobilize the resources of the entire community to enable families and individuals in our service area to attain the skills, knowledge, motivations and opportunities to become self-sufficient.
Blueprints' programming is organized into four pillars:
MIND: Strengthen and sharpen your mind. From ABCs to GEDs and beyond, we can help you learn everything you need to build your future.
HOME: Stabilize and secure your home. From safety for kids to stability for families, we can help you establish a place to live and thrive.
HEALTH: Preserve and improve your well-being. From health checks to healthy greens and grains, we can help you stay active and strong.
WALLET: Take charge of your wallet. From budget basics to savings strategies, we can help you earn and balance a livable wage.
